The firm's Diversity Council emphasizes diversity with regards to recruitment and retention. The goal of the Council is to further the firm's environment of acceptance and respect by fostering a stronger sense of awareness and inclusion. Recruitment efforts include attending diversity job fairs and using diversity-focused Web sites such as www.dcjobs.com. The goals and objectives of the Council will continue to grow in the years to come.
We have a high percentage of women in management. Our 11-person executive team consists of three women; and of the nine senior directors in IT, four are women.
Our associates come from over 51 countries. In order to create a positive work environment, all associates complete diversity training as part of their on boarding and continuing education curriculum.
